THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS AND NO REFUNDS ON THE CUSTOM MADE COVERS.

CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL ORDER CUSTOM COVERS, BUGS, DUST COVERS, BLANKETS WITH IMPRINT OR BLANKETS WITH CUSTOM INSTALLED GROMMETS, BLANKETS WITH ANY ALTERATIONS ORDERED BY THE CUSTOMER ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND NOT REFUNDABLE .

YOU AS A CONSUMER TAKE THE OWNERSHIP AND ACCEPT ALL THE RISKS OF PRODUCTION AT THE MOMENT YOU PLACED THE ORDER AND YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY US.

We provide no guarantee explicit or implied as of the quality of workmanship or the final product. Blanket dimensions are not exact and may vary slightly. Grommets will be placed according to your description, but some deviations should be expected and do not constitute a faulty product. Seams on the covers may be in any place that is convenient for our production. The number of seams is not limited to any specific quantity and it is on “as needed” basis.

To provide for continuity of the material during quilting process, outer fabric may overlap on the surface of the blanket. Same is true for the filler, occasionally filler may overlap creating an area of the blanket that may be thicker than the rest of the blanket. In certain areas filler might be missing and the blanket might be thinner. Thread may occasionally get loose. There could be missing thread and stitching in the quilting process. Those minor imperfections do not constitute a faulty product. It does not prevent cover or a blanket from serving its purpose as a protective cover to protect furniture.

  1. Warranty and limitation of liability

We warrant to you that we make our best effort to fabricate the product to be functional and fit the purpose of adequate protection of your items according to your description. Custom covers cannot be returned for refund, our liability is limited to fixing the product to fit the originally ordered design and dimensions. All additional alterations not included in the original order, are to be considered as a new order request.

We normally allow some extra for the width and the length to ensure relaxed fit of the covers. Therefore “loose” fit is intentional and does not constitute the fault of the product.

If the cover does not fit. Please notify us immediately and we will take measures to repair and fix the cover to fit.

If you are missing elements you had requested originally, or the location of these elements ( such as pockets, windows or cutouts) is misplaced – we will ask you to return the cover and we will fix that and to additional cost to you. If in the process of repair we have to cut out part of the cover and make an add-on material – the additional seams therefore created do not constitute the fault of the product.
